Steffanie A. Minnifield, MS, BCBA, LBA has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they were a Program Assistant at Wright State University, where they worked with high school students interested in the medical field and assisted them with their medical presentations. In 2015, they became a Behavioral Analyst Therapist at Hearts for ABA, where they utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to implement behavioral treatment and intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and mental disabilities. In 2016, they became a Behavior Consultant/Lead Behavior Consultant at Centria Healthcare, where they planned and executed team meetings for 10-15 clinicians on a weekly and biweekly schedule and administered staff fidelity assessments on supervising clinicians and behavioral technicians. In 2020, they became the Regional Clinical Director of Performance Management of ABA Services and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ABA Staff Performance Manager at PediaPlex, where they utilized ABA to create behavioral intervention plans and behavioral treatment plans in center-based setting for clients, conducted initial and ongoing assessments under supervision and gaining mastery of protocols, implemented performance management as a continuous process of improving performance by setting individual and BCBA team goals, and conducted team meetings and training presentations for clinics to ensure appropriate teaming and positive support for staff.

Steffanie A. Minnifield has a diverse educational background. Steffanie A. obtained their High School Diploma from Chaminade-Julienne High School in 2010. Steffanie A. then attended Saint Mary's College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Psychology with a Minor in Mathematics. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Science in Psychology from Kaplan University. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctoral of Clinical Psychology from Capella University, which they are expected to complete in 2026. Additionally, Steffanie is certified in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross (obtained in 2022) and is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (obtained in 2020).
