Hakan Kardes

Hakan Kardes currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pediatric Associates Family of Companies since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hakan was Chief Technology and Experience Officer at Alignment Health from January 2019 to May 2025 and held the position of Chief Technology Officer in the same organization. Hakan's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Data Science and Analytics at Big Fish Games for 2018 and Vice President of Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Cambia Health Solutions from January 2015 to December 2018. Additionally, Hakan was a Principal Consultant and Principal Scientist at Intelius from January 2011 to December 2016, focusing on large-scale data processing and entity resolution. Hakan started the professional journey as a Data Research Intern, developing a Clustering Comparison tool. Hakan holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and a BS in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
