Rolanda Williams

Rolanda Williams, MSOL, CCMP, currently serves as the Regional Practice Administrator for Pediatric Associates, overseeing the operations and financial performance of 23 offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since December 2022. Previously, Rolanda held the position of Clinical Design Specialist at Highmark Wholecare, focusing on the development of clinical programs for substance use disorders and pain management from November 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Practice Manager at Allegheny Health Network, where Rolanda managed a team of 60 across multiple departments, and Director of Operations at Ashtabula County Medical Center, overseeing 27 specialty practices and 175 employees. Rolanda holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Robert Morris University, along with a certificate in HR Management and People Analytics from The Wharton School.
