Kaitlynn Olczak, PhD, is a Senior Biomedical Engineer at PercuSense, focusing on the development of multi-analyte biosensors for continuous healthcare monitoring since July 2021. Previously, Kaitlynn served as a Postdoctoral Research Engineer at the University of Florida, where responsibilities included analyzing data on flexible medical devices for neuromodulation and providing expertise to students in electrochemical measurements. Kaitlynn has experience as a Research Associate, where research projects improved medical device performance and biocompatibility, and as a Safety Manager overseeing EHS compliance. Academic roles included graduate teaching assistantships in biomedical instrumentation and cellular engineering. Earlier experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer intern at Apple Rubber Products and undergraduate research roles at the University at Buffalo contributed to a solid foundation in biomedical engineering. Kaitlynn holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
