Adam Martin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Navy Nuclear Power Electrician in the US Navy from 1993 to 1997. Adam then worked as a System Architect at Union Pacific Railroad from 2003 to 2010. Following that, they held various roles at Pillar Technology, including Delivery Lead, Technical Lead, and Agile Coach, from 2010 to 2014. Adam then became the Director of IT Services at Home Instead Senior Care from 2014 to 2017. From 2016 to 2018, Adam worked as the Director of Operations at Proactive Digital Insights. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Pediatrix Medical Group since 2018. In this role, they are responsible for delivering modern systems and leading the design and delivery of new software.
Adam Martin attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
