Christine Talley

Christine Talley, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Christine is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Pediatrix Medical Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MEDNAX, Health Solutions Partner for over 20 years, serving as a HR Manager. In this role, they provided HR support to approximately 1,200+ employees in an assigned regional territory and was responsible for all aspects of HR. Before joining MEDNAX, Christine worked as a Human Resources Generalist at HIP Health Plan of Florida from April 1999 to August 2000. Christine also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Suites Hotel from January 1997 to April 1999 and at Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel from August 1986 to January 1997. In these roles, they provided HR support, including administration of wages and benefits, workers compensation claims management, recruitment, and policy review. Christine has a strong background in HR and specializes in various subspecialties within the healthcare industry.

Christine Talley, SHRM-CP, PHR attended Coconut Creek High School. Christine also obtained a Certification in Travel Industry Fundamentals from Southeastern Academy. In addition, they hold certifications as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM.
