Jessica Thompson

Jessica Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jessica began their career as a Volunteer Coordinator & Program Manager at Mount Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church in 2007. In 2011, they joined IQVIA as an Associate before being promoted to Sr. Business Process Analyst, where they validated and calculated rebate invoices for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

In 2017, Jessica joined UnitedHealth Group as a Business Analyst and later became the Manager of Payment Integrity. Jessica then moved on to Brave Care in 2021, where they initially worked as a Revenue Optimization Manager before being promoted to Director of Revenue Operations. Currently, they work at Pediatrix Medical Group as the Director of RCM.

Jessica Thompson earned a B.A. degree in English Literature and Religion from Pacific Lutheran University from 2001 to 2005. In 2020, they completed the CORe: Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online.
