Keith Miller has over 30 years of experience in customer service and account management roles. Keith began their career in 1989 as an Inventory Control and Data Processing Coordinator at Peachtree Windows and Doors. In 1991, they moved to Missouri Nebraska Express as a Mobile Communication Coordinator. In 1994, Keith joined QUALCOMM as a Director of Customer Service. In 2007, they were appointed Senior Director of Customer Service at DriverTech. In 2011, they became the Senior Director Customer Services and Support at Rand McNally. In 2014, they began their role as Principal Strategic Account Manager at Omnitracs. In 2019, they joined IntelliShift as a Major Account Manager and Customer Success Director, Strategic Accounts. Most recently, in 2022, Keith was appointed Vice President of Customer Success at Pedigree Technologies.
Keith Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business between 1986 and 1988.
