Emma Riordan

Emma Riordan serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Copy.ai since February 2025, leading initiatives to enhance generative AI-based workflow automation for over 16 million users. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at 6sense from July 2021 to February 2025, including Director and Senior Manager of Customer Success, focusing on transforming pipeline management into revenue for marketing, operations, and sales professionals. Emma's extensive experience also includes a portfolio of clients in the E-commerce and Media sectors at Sailthru, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley, UBS Wealth Management, and other organizations. Emma holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Colorado.
