Michael Williams

Michael Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff in the Navigation Division of Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office since 2015, Michael patrols county waterways while enforcing various laws. In academia, Michael has been a lecturer at State University College at Fredonia and Jamestown Community College, educating future Criminal Justice professionals and certified police recruits. Additionally, Michael holds a position as Supervisor Deputy Sheriff for the Buffalo Bills Detachment at the Erie County Sheriff's Office and has a long-standing career with Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, previously serving as a Sergeant Investigator in the Crime Scene Division. Specialties encompass crime scene management, digital forensic techniques, and law enforcement training, supported by education from prestigious institutions including the FBI National Academy and a degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Michael also contributes to the community as a Certified AASI Snowboard Instructor at Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa.
