Claire M. has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Peel Ports Group since July 2019, after holding the position of Head of Services. Prior to this, Claire served as the Head of Learning and Development at Ingeus from May 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing dual learning and development functions across two organizations, one of which is involved in delivering the UK’s privatised probation service. Earlier roles include Head of Training & Quality at Arvato from October 2009 to December 2010, working with prominent clients, and Lead Talent & Development Business Partner at Virgin Media from July 2003 to September 2009, focusing on aligning training initiatives with business objectives.
