Neil Nelson has over three decades of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Peel Ports Group since April 2004. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Team Leader at P&O Ferries from 1990 to 2004, where expertise in team management and operational efficiency was developed.
