Peter Swift

Peter Swift is currently the Group Financial Controller at Peel Ports Group since October 2010. Prior to this, Peter worked at Ernst & Young from August 1996 to November 2009 as a Senior Audit Manager in Manchester, Leeds, and Seattle. Peter also served as the Business Integration Manager at Bupa in 2005. Peter is a qualified chartered accountant with a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Peter has extensive experience in financial reporting, audit management, business integration, and process improvements. Peter is responsible for various financial functions such as investor reporting, audit committee reporting, business planning, and acquisition due diligence. Peter also has experience in GAAP/IFRS conversion, corporate simplification, and regulatory compliance.
