Tom Theunisse

Tom Theunisse serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Gdansk Transport Company S.A. since March 2025 and has held multiple roles at APG Asset Management since November 2020, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Infrastructure Private Equity. In addition to his executive roles, Tom is a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Peel Ports Group since November 2022 and a member of the Supervisory Board at Althio since February 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Amazon's international expansion and various legal positions at DLA Piper, focusing on corporate litigation and transactions. Tom holds multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Tilburg University and a postgraduate degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
