Sarah Clapper

Sarah Clapper currently serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at Peer Health Exchange, overseeing daily accounting, financial activities, budgeting, and policy implementation since July 2024. Previously, Sarah held the role of Managing Director of Finance and Administration at Chicago Scholars from August 2016 to July 2024, focusing on resource management and the implementation of systems to support strategic objectives. Earlier experience includes various finance and administration positions at Rainbows for All Children, where responsibilities included financial software integration, fundraising event planning, and organizational growth management. Additional roles at American Bar Endowment and Fitness Formula Clubs showcased skills in communications, marketing, and client engagement. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst University.
