Glenn May has a diverse work experience starting from 1989 till present. Glenn has worked at multiple companies in different roles.

From 1989 to 1996, Glenn worked at AT&T as a Commercial Customer Support Representative and Long Distance Operator. Glenn managed customer accounts, provided customer service, sold services, investigated fraud complaints, and provided dialing assistance. Glenn also designed and implemented the company's Intranet.

From 1996 to 1998, Glenn worked at EMC as a Customer Support Technician, providing world-class customer support and creating tickets for customer interactions.

From 1999 to 2001, Glenn worked at EMC again as a System Administrator and Program Manager. Glenn provided customer support, managed a remote customer hosted environment, and developed a personal rapport with customers.

In 2001, Glenn joined BWM Inc as a Finance Manager. Glenn provided financial analysis and loan creation, upsold customers, and built rapport with customers.

From 2002 to 2004, Glenn worked at TMSI as a Hardware Refresh Engineer. Glenn inspected, tested, and refurbished computer hardware, designed hardware solutions based on customer requirements, and focused on quality and delivery speed.

From 2004 to 2012, Glenn worked at EMC in two different roles. As a Technical Support Engineer Level 3, they worked on escalated cases and mentored team members. As a Senior Implementation Engineer, they provided support to implementation specialists, remained a subject matter expert for EMC products, and managed service requests.

From 2014 to 2019, Glenn worked at ExaGrid Systems as a Senior Customer Support Engineer. Glenn supported customers with backup storage hardware and software, provided one-on-one support, and ensured customer satisfaction throughout the product life cycle.

Finally, since 2019, Glenn has been working at Peer Software, Inc. as a Presales Engineer. Glenn works with the sales team, understands customer needs, and aligns the software to meet those needs.

Glenn May attended Central New England College from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
