Allison Bailey

Allison Bailey has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at FitOn since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Peerfit from 2019 to 2021, where they also had previous roles as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Allison worked as an HR Consultant and Senior HR Generalist at CURiO Brands from 2016 to 2019, and as an HR Generalist at DPM Fragrance in 2016. Allison also has experience outside of HR, having worked as an Operations Associate and Securities Intern at Tomorrow's Financial Services, Inc. in 2015. Allison began their career as a Sales Associate at J. Crew from 2010 to 2016. In addition, they worked as an Associate Interactive Recruiter at Digitalent, Inc. in 2013 and as an Apprentice Appraiser at Laurence Appraisals LLC. in 2012. Allison Bailey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Salve Regina University in 2013. Allison also studied Psychology at University College Cork for a period in 2012. In 2016, they completed their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from Monmouth University. Prior to their university education, they attended Red Bank Catholic High School from 2005 to 2009.
