Chris Cooper-Jones

Chris Cooper-Jones has a wealth of experience in the IT field. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Systems Administrator for Fundtech FSC Ltd., where they were responsible for maintaining the entire IT infrastructure and liaising with third-party suppliers. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Secure Trading as a Systems Developer / DevOps Engineer, where they maintained and implemented Puppet configuration management, maintained and automated upgrades to Monitoring Systems, and performed MySQL Database Administration including backups and replication. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been working as Head of Systems Operations and DevOps Engineer at PeerJ.

Chris Cooper-Jones received a Master of Science in Computing and Internet Systems from Bangor University in 2009, following a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the same university, which they completed in 2007.
