Erik Racine

Erik Racine has a diverse work experience history. Erik currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Peerless Fence, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this, Erik worked at WinField United as a member of the Ag Customer Team (Strategic Accounts) from October 2016 to July 2019. From July 2012 to July 2019, they were a Business Advisor/Consultant at United Suppliers, Inc. Before that, Erik worked at Cruxpoint Consulting as a Seminar Facilitator from August 2011 to July 2012. Erik also had a role at Union Pacific Railroad from January 2011 to July 2012, where they facilitated communication and continuous improvement courses. Additionally, Erik worked at UpStart Advising as a Leadership Training/Coach/Advisor from November 2010 to July 2012. Prior to that, they held a position at Accenture from June 2007 to November 2010, focusing on Leadership Development and Training. Lastly, Erik served as a Workshop Facilitator at Willow Creek Community Church from June 2003 to June 2006.

Erik Racine completed their BS degree in Speech Communication at Northern Michigan University from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained an MA degree in Transformational (Authentic) Leadership from Bethel University, from 2003 to 2006.
