Thomas Yde Frederiksen

Thomas Yde Frederiksen has over 17 years of experience in the tech and hospitality industry. Thomas Yde began their career in 2004 as the Owner and Founder of Minglenetworks I/S, a startup focused on location-based matchmaking of people with similar interests. Thomas Yde then joined Enghouse Mobilethink as the Product Manager, and later became the Chief of Product Management and Product Marketing, and then the COO of Mobilethink until it was acquired by Spirent Communications in 2014. At Spirent Communications, they served as the COO of Mobilethink & Tweakker, and then as the COO of Mobilethink until 2017. In 2017, they became the COO of Gaest.com until it was acquired by Airbnb in 2019. At Airbnb, they served as the EMEA Operations Manager for Airbnb for Work, and then as the Global Lead of Team Experiences for Airbnb for Work. In 2021, they became the Interim Regional Operations Director for Peerspace, and also served as a Strategic Advisor for Scandinavian experiences platform Truestory.com. Thomas Yde is currently the Snr Director & Head of Market Operations (Europe & Australia) for Peerspace, a position they have held since 2022.

Thomas Yde Frederiksen obtained a Master's degree in Information Science from Aarhus University between 2000 and 2006. Thomas Yde also holds certifications in SCRUM Product Owner from the SCRUM Alliance and Value Project Management from Kai Gilb (https://www.gilb.com).
