Mike Clavet

Mike Clavet has over 25 years of experience in operational and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Director of CPG-Operations at Peet's Coffee since September 2008, Mike leads the Direct Store Delivery division, which accounts for half of the company’s annual revenue, and has transformed the team from a small operation to a robust division of 75. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at Frito Lay Inc. from March 2006 to August 2008 as a Region Compliance Specialist, managing compliance and financial controls for the NorCal and Hawaii regions, and from October 1997 to March 2006 as a District Sales Leader, overseeing a $7.5M sales and distribution business. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2002 and 2005.
