Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Pegasus, Dan leads growth initiatives across a portfolio of 355 properties, achieving a 29% increase in properties under management and adding over $500 million in new client property value in 2024. Previously, Dan held several leadership positions at WeWork, including Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and Head of Leasing for the Southwest U.S., where Dan significantly increased occupancy and revenue across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles at Solebury Capital, advising on over 70 IPOs totaling more than $29 billion, and earlier positions at Celerant Consulting and Johnson & Johnson. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lehigh University.
