Cem Sakarya currently serves as the Group Head of Customer Experience at Pegasus Airlines since March 2023. Previously, Cem held the position of Customer Experience Director at Getir from March 2021 to March 2023 and co-founded CXTurkey, focusing on service design, from June 2018 to February 2021. Cem owned Buuday Patisserie, Bakery & Cafe from October 2017 to February 2021. At Turkcell, from January 2006 to October 2017, Cem progressed from Customer Journey Director, where oversight of a 51-person team and digital transformation initiatives took place, to roles in Product & User Experience Management and Marketing Research. Cem earned an MBA from Istanbul University and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution, along with a foundational education at Deutsche Schule.
