Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Pegasus Home Fashions since November 2022, Lauren leads product design, manages brand relationships for several prominent labels, and implements merchandising strategies while overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Prior roles include Creative Director and Design Consultant at Lauren B LLC, Director of Product Development at Sunham Home Fashions, and Design and Product Development roles at Welspun USA and Maytex Mills, among others. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Lauren possesses strong expertise in market analysis, trend research, supplier collaboration, and effective team leadership.
