Dave Taylor

Dave Taylor, MBA has over 20 years of professional experience in various industries. Dave is currently serving as the Vice President/General Manager at Pegasus Laboratories, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Borregaard Biopolymers as the Area Business Manager Feed, Americas from December 2019 to June 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Dave worked at Trouw Nutrition, where they held multiple roles. Dave started as the Business Manager- Northeast Region, overseeing all sales, back office, and operations functions of a dairy feed business with annual production of 155,000 tons and a P&L of over $60 million. Later, they became the Operations Manager at Trouw Nutrition Agresearch, responsible for managing a multi-species production animal research facility.

Before joining Trouw Nutrition, Dave worked at Nutreco from 2010 to 2015. Dave served as an Operations Manager at the Burford Research Facility and also held roles in human resources, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner.

Dave began their career as an HR Systems Analyst at KPMG Canada in 2008 and then worked as an HRMS Coordinator at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 2007. Dave gained early professional experience as an HR Co-op Student at Global Television.

Dave holds an MBA and has a strong background in operations management, business development, and human resources. Dave has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Dave Taylor, MBA, has pursued higher education at multiple institutions. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Trent University where they completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature. In 2006, they enrolled at Seneca College to acquire a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. Lastly, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Guelph from 2013 to 2015, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
