Cass Rodgers

Cass Rodgers has been working in the operations field since June 2010. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at EnCap Minerals since January 2021, previously held the same position at Pegasus Resources since October 2017. Cass also has experience in operations at Collins & Young from February 2014 to October 2017 and at Wolf Exploration from November 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, Cass worked as a Producer at Kilpatrick Insurance from June 2010 to November 2013.
