Wayne Sulak

Wayne Sulak is currently working as a Controller at Pegasus Resources since January 2019. Prior to that, Wayne was a Shareholder at Payne, Todd, Sulak & Co CPAs from November 1993 to December 2018. Wayne has also held positions as a Tax Manager at Blackmon Mooring from 1992 to 1993 and at Marshall R. Young Oil Co. from 1981 to 1992. Wayne started their career as a Senior Tax Accountant at Weaver from 1979 to 1981 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
