Frank Zhu

Frank Zhu has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, with a focus on embedded systems. Frank is currently employed at Pegasus Technology Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Staff Software Engineer. Prior to this role, they worked at Xmotors.ai in the same position from 2019 to 2022. Frank also gained experience in the AI/ML industry as a Principle Software Engineer at an AI/ML Silicon Chip Startup from 2018 to 2019.

Before that, Frank worked at NAGRA as a Staff Software Engineer and Software Expert from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they acquired skills in full stack embedded software engineering, including boot loader, Linux kernel and driver development, back-end multi-thread programming, and real-time programming with RTOS. Frank is proficient in C/C++/Assemble/Python/JavaScript/Html and has expertise in OOP design and UML.

Frank's previous experience includes working at PublicWireless Inc. as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on Linux BSP, device driver development for LTE RFIC, FPGA/CPLD, I2C, SPI, PLL, Ethernet, and PHY. Frank also worked on radio frequency tools, LTE base station parameter management, power amplifier control, and network monitor module development.

Frank began their career at Valco Melton as an Embedded Software Engineer from 2010 to 2012.

Frank Zhu has a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology. Frank also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
