Baruch Sachs currently serves as Vice President of Global Client Innovation at Pegasystems, where responsibilities include facilitating organizations in developing comprehensive customer experience strategies and advancing transformation initiatives through strategic insights. With a history at Pegasystems that includes the role of Sr. Director of Technical Solutions and Global Design, Baruch has a proven track record in driving innovation and ensuring product usability. Previous experience includes leadership positions at General Dynamics C4 Systems, NaviNet, and StorageNetworks. Baruch holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Technical Writing from the University of Hartford.
