Becca Mayfield

Becca Mayfield is a Senior UX Product Designer at Pegasystems, a position held since April 2021, and previously worked at Gain Life from June 2020 to March 2021, focusing on improving the experience for injured employees in workers' compensation. Prior experience includes roles at Minelli, Inc. as a Senior Designer & Brand Strategist, where Becca developed brand systems for organizations such as the City of Boston and Massachusetts General Hospital, and Selbert Perkins Design as a Senior Designer, providing creative strategies for various clients. Becca began professional design work as a Junior Designer at Hecht Design and an intern at Threespot Media, and contributed to NC State's literary publication as a Design Editor. Becca holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a BGD in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University.
