Harish Gunneri

Harish Gunneri has extensive experience in the field of engineering and software solutions. Harish began their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2011, where they worked as a Developer. Here, they gained experience in building web applications and had expertise in Java RESTful web services, MVC, and Struts framework. Harish also worked with HTML 5 and jQuery library for front-end UI requirements.

In 2014, Harish joined Pegasystems as a Technical Solutions Engineer, where they underwent training and became a certified CSSA on the Pega 7 product. Harish assisted customers in building their applications using the Pega platform.

Over the years, Harish progressed within Pegasystems, taking on roles such as Senior Technical Solutions Engineer and Principal Technical Solutions Engineer. In these roles, they gained deep knowledge in Pegasystems software products, architecture, integrations, and core internals. Harish worked closely with cross-functional teams to improve product gaps, enhance performance, and ensure platform reliability.

Currently, Harish is serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Pegasystems, leveraging their nine years of experience. In this role, they continue to recommend configuration changes, best practices, and system additions to enhance Pega product performance for mission-critical applications.

Harish Gunneri pursued their undergraduate education at SASTRA University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology.

In terms of certifications, Harish Gunneri obtained the following:

- In October 2012, they completed the "Power Searching with Google course" offered by Google.

- In March 2013, they became an Oracle Certified Java Programmer.

- In November 2014, they earned the certification of Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) 7.1 from Pegasystems.

- In November 2015, they obtained the certification of Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) 7.1, also from Pegasystems.

- Most recently, in November 2021, they achieved the certification of Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant 8.6 from Pegasystems.
