Javier Fernández Cabezas

Javier Fernández Cabezas serves as the Country Manager for Iberia at Pegasystems since July 2020. Prior to this role, Javier was the Business Development Manager at TEKNEI, where Javier founded the Cybersecurity Division and served as Sales Director from November 2018 to July 2020. Javier's extensive career includes significant positions such as Alliance Director at everis, overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, and various roles at Microsoft over a decade, including Director Strategic Alliances and Commercial Sales Director. Javier has also held key positions in organizations like Dominion, Indra, WorldCom, Compaq, and ICL-КПО ВС, focusing on business development and strategic partnerships, particularly in the banking and financial sectors. Javier holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and degrees in Economics and International Marketing.
