Karen Hyland is an experienced professional with a strong background in client success and customer experience. Currently serving as Director of Client Success at Pegasystems since August 2018, Karen previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to Pegasystems, Karen worked at Oracle as a Senior Customer Success Manager from November 2014 to August 2018. Earlier in the career, Karen was Customer Experience Manager and IT Stakeholder at LateRooms.com from January 2010 to November 2014, and worked as MI/System and Project Analyst at TUI Group from November 2003 to January 2010. Karen holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Northumbria University and an MA in Tourism, Leisure, and Service Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
