Richard Fay

Richard Fay is an IT Delivery Professional with over 30 years of experience in building complex IT solutions, including more than 22 years dedicated to project, product, and engagement management. Currently serving as Senior Program Delivery Lead and Director of the Project Office at Pegasystems since April 2004, Richard has developed expertise in defining and ensuring compliance with delivery standards for project management. Previously, Richard held the position of Technology Department Director and Senior Product Manager at TriGuard Group from January 2002 to January 2004, achieving a 100% success rate for on-time product releases within budget. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager and Director at Brooktrout/Sonexis from 2000 to 2002. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and has also pursued studies in Computer Science at the University of Maryland.
