Richard Marsot

Richard Marsot is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Front-end Development at Pegasystems since May 2010, Richard has been pivotal in building consistent user interfaces within the Pega Platform and managing UI-focused teams. Prior roles at Pegasystems included Director of Software Engineering - UI and Mobility and Technical Product Operations Manager, where Richard coordinated releases across multiple teams and locations. Before joining Pegasystems, Richard spent over a decade at LiveWire Mobile as Director of Engineering, overseeing various engineering teams for a music download platform. Earlier career highlights include engineering roles at EDF R&D, focusing on image processing for nuclear facilities, and Sextant Avionique, developing signal processing algorithms for military aircraft. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Digital Signal Processing from Télécom Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée.
