Avi Eden

Avi Eden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the corporate sector, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at PEI-Genesis since September 2013. Previously, Avi held the position of Director/Consultant at Johanson Technology, Inc. from 2010 until May 2024, and served on the Board of Directors at Belfuse, Inc. from May 2004 to May 2024, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and various corporate legal matters. Notably, Avi was Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President at Vishay from September 1973 to November 2003, responsible for significant growth from $30 million to $2.5 billion in sales over three decades. Avi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, obtained between 1969 and 1972.
