Carla Brewer, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in Human Resources management, starting from a Senior Manager position at Pei Wei since October 2020 and previously as HR Manager for CEC Entertainment's Southeast Region. Carla has held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner at LALA U.S., Inc., HR Consultant at Puente Enterprises, and Field HR Manager for HMSHost, overseeing HR functions for 900 associates across multiple airport locations. Early career highlights include providing comprehensive HR support at S J KECHEJIAN MD PA for 240 employees at multiple facilities, and serving as Senior HR Administrator at CORNING CABLE SYSTEMS LLC for over 500 employees. Carla holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Harding University.

Who we are: Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, is one of four concepts owned and operated by West Coast Capital, the second largest Operator of fast casual/quick-service Chinese restaurants in the U.S. Pei Wei’s story began in 2000 in Scottsdale, Arizona with a dream of a restaurant that served authentic, Asian-inspired dishes without compromising freshness for speed of service. Twenty-one years later, our story continues. With each plate, our guests enjoy bold, Asian flavors that couple sit-down quality with take-out convenience.
