Stephen Oesterle

Stephen Oesterle is an accomplished health care consultant and board director with extensive experience in both public and privately held companies. Currently serving as a board director at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities include chairing the Quality & Compliance Committee, and at Peijia Medical, Paragon 28, CeramTec, SHL Medical, and Alcyone Therapeutics, Stephen also holds advisory roles with Temasek, EQT Partners, and Cathay Capital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Harvard University, a Doctor of Medicine from Yale University, and specialized training in Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology from Massachusetts General Hospital and Stanford University School of Medicine, respectively.
