Dave Wilson has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on sales, management, and recruitment. Dave began their career in 1993 as an Agency Field Recruiter at COUNTRY ® Financial, where they worked until 2000. Dave then joined the Erie Insurance Group as a Field Manager, a role they held for six years.
