Terri Poulin

Terri Poulin, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Pekin Insurance since June 2021. Previously, Terri held positions at Archer Daniels Midland Company from October 2009 to June 2021, focusing on union contract negotiations, arbitration, and grievance negotiations.
