Miet Andrew Ashby

Andrew Ashby, MIET, is an experienced mechanical engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Mechanical Engineering Manager at Pektron since August 2010, Andrew has also held positions as Principal Mechanical Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer within the same company. Previous roles include Design Manager at JMC Recycling Systems Ltd, and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Bombardier and Specialist Aviation Solutions Limited. Earlier in the career, Andrew worked as a Design Engineer at Vestatec Automotive Engineering Ltd, Flymo, and Bosch Lawn & Garden. Andrew began technical training as an Aircraft Technician in HM Forces from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a degree from Nottingham Trent University from 1991 to 1995.
