Deanna DeFilippis, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Deanna is currently working as a Senior Product Development Manager for Lomi at Open Mind Developments since October 2022. Prior to that, they had a successful career at Walmart Canada from 2017 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. Deanna served as a Manager in the Enterprise Transformation division, overseeing the Program Management Office from September 2021 to September 2022. Deanna was also the Demand Planning Manager in the Logistics department from March 2019 to September 2021. In addition, they briefly held the position of Senior Manager in Supply Chain Planning from May 2020 to July 2020. Deanna started their career at Walmart Canada as the Manager in Logistics Operations for E-Commerce, a role they held from October 2017 to March 2019. Before their time at Walmart, Deanna worked for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada as a Logistics Specialist from December 2014 to March 2017. In 2013, they started their professional journey at Walmart Canada as a Replenishment Analyst, focusing on Produce, and later transitioned to the role of D.A.R.E Associate in the New Graduate Program from July 2013 to February 2014. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Deanna obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Deanna has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Deanna received the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2022. In November 2021, they also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from the same institution. Furthermore, Deanna holds a Walmart Lean Supply Chain Management Certification obtained from the Schulich School of Business - York University in July 2020, and a Project Leadership Certification from the University of Waterloo in April 2017.
