Safa Namik

Safa Namik has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Safa began their career at Tech 4 Kids Inc. in 2007, where they served as a Senior Data Coordinator. Their responsibilities included maintaining the Navision database system, conducting research, and generating reports. Safa also handled vendor line plans and quote sheets for international customers.

In 2012, Safa transitioned to the role of Database Manager and Business Operations Specialist & International Sales Support at the same company. During this time, they ensured the availability and accuracy of high-quality data within the organization. Safa also managed customer and vendor profiles in the Netsuite database and maintained various product information.

Safa's role expanded in 2016, when they became the Operations Manager at Tech 4 Kids Inc. Safa oversaw business operations and functions in North America, including managing customer accounts, sales discussions, and problem resolution. Safa also developed strong relationships with customer contacts and ensured data accuracy for sales orders.

In 2016, Safa joined Maxwell Leadership as a Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. Finally, in 2018, they joined Pela Case as a Data & Operations Manager.

Throughout their career, Safa has demonstrated a strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders. Their experience in operations management and database management make their a valuable asset in any organization.

Safa Namik has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Mosul-College of Administration and Economic. Safa obtained this degree from 1994 to 1998. In 2013, they received a Certificate - Statement of Accomplishment in Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies from the University of Maryland. In 2014, they pursued a Certificate - Statement of Accomplishment in Experimentation for Improvement from McMaster University. Additionally, they obtained the title of The John Maxwell Team from an institution called The John Maxwell Team in May 2016. In January 2015, they completed the Insane Productivity Course and received a Certificate of Completion, which was designed and delivered by Darren Hardy, the Publisher of Success.
