Jeffrey started their career at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2004, where they served as an Assistant Manager, focusing on planning daily work chores, employee appraisals, and store efficiency. In 2008, they joined Quiksilver Inc as a Sourcing and Development Assistant, gaining skills in cost negotiation and ensuring high-quality merchandise. Jeffrey also served as a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, building relationships with vendors and tracking development samples. In 2010, they transitioned to a Production Coordinator role at Quiksilver, overseeing the production process and implementing quality control processes.
