Jeffrey Aaron

Jeffrey Aaron has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jeffrey started their career at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2004, where they served as an Assistant Manager, focusing on planning daily work chores, employee appraisals, and store efficiency. In 2008, they joined Quiksilver Inc as a Sourcing and Development Assistant, gaining skills in cost negotiation and ensuring high-quality merchandise. Jeffrey also served as a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, building relationships with vendors and tracking development samples. In 2010, they transitioned to a Production Coordinator role at Quiksilver, overseeing the production process and implementing quality control processes. In 2012, they joined Volcom as a Demand Planner, and later worked as a Planning Analyst at ASICS America in 2014. Jeffrey's most recent role was at TravisMathew Apparel, where they served as a Demand Planner from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Finance and Planning at Pelagic Inc, a role they have held since 2017.
