Eitan Mager

Eitan Mager is the VP of Professional Services at Continual, an Israeli start-up specializing in cellular technology since January 2017. With extensive experience in the telecommunications field, Eitan serves as the Director of Technology and Radio Engineering at Pelephone, overseeing a team of 70 engineers and responsible for on-going radio engineering activities and end-user performance. Previous roles at Pelephone include Director of Technology, where Eitan managed the development and deployment of cellular network upgrades, and System Engineering Manager, focusing on cellular network enhancements. Earlier in the career, Eitan worked as an Engineering Group Leader at Motorola on GSM products and led a system engineering team at Elbit Systems Ltd for a Helmet Aiming System. Eitan's foundational experience began with software and hardware development in the Signal Corps of the IDF. Eitan holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
