Lisa Warren

Lisa Warren has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa started their career in 1988 as an Office Manager and Assistant Controller at Agee, Fisher & Company. From there, they worked as a Paralegal at Bovis, Kyle & Burch, LLC for seven years. In 2005, they became a Branch Manager at Town & Country Title. Lisa then transitioned to The Pelican Bay Foundation in 2007, where they served as a Code Enforcement and Covenants Manager. In 2010, they joined an Atlanta Law Firm as a Client Services Coordinator/Paralegal. In 2012, Lisa returned to The Pelican Bay Foundation, initially taking on the role of Safety & Security Manager, and eventually becoming the Director of Design Review & Covenants.

Lisa Warren attended Dade Christian School from 1971 to 1975, where they completed their high school education. In 1986, they enrolled at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business and graduated in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business and Marketing.

In 2011, Lisa obtained a CAM License from the Georgia Real Estate Commission, focusing on Community Association Management. Lisa then pursued a certification in Certified Wedding & Event Planning from the Wedding Careers Institute.

In 2015, Lisa obtained a Real Estate Sales Agent license from the Florida Real Estate Commission, specializing in the field of Real Estate. Lisa continued their education in 2019 and acquired a CAM - Community Association Manager certification from the Florida Real Estate Commission, with a focus on HOA, COA, and POA management.
