Nicolas de Rosen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicolas is currently serving as the VP Growth at Pelico, where they oversee the implementation of their factory operations management system. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Kili Technology, where they focused on transforming unstructured data into high-quality data for AI projects. Nicolas also held positions at iAdvize, starting as the CMO and later becoming the CEO North America and VP Innovation. Before that, they worked as an Investment Manager and Entrepreneur in Residence at AngelsCube, where they mentored startups and analyzed dealflow. Nicolas also has experience as a Co-Founder and CEO at Box Upon a Time, and as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sinteo, which was later acquired by ONET. Nicolas began their career as an M&A Analyst at Société Générale and as a Marketing Analyst at EDF.

Nicolas de Rosen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they obtained in 2013 from INSEAD. Prior to this, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Energy and IT from CentraleSupélec, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. Their education in Advanced Maths and Physics took place at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2001 to 2004.
