Susan Shin

Susan Shin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Susan is currently the Founder and CEO of Lighterfly, LLC, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. starting in February 2019. From October 2017 to April 2019, Susan held the same role at Kastle Systems. Before joining Kastle Systems, they worked at Amazon as a Global Talent Management professional from January 2017 to October 2017. From October 2011 to December 2016, Susan was the Founder and CEO of their own consulting firm called Susan Shin Consulting, LLC. Before that, they held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President at Strayer University from 2007 to 2011, Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2006, Operations Manager at Walt Disney World from 1999 to 2000, and Senior Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1996 to 1998. Susan began their career in 1992 as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Senator Edward M. Kennedy.

Susan Shin attended Harvard Business School from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued their MBA with a concentration in General Management.
