Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy has over 20 years of experience in the window and door industry. Sean has held various leadership roles in different markets and territories within the Northeastern region. Sean has worked as the President and Owner of Pella Windows & Doors of Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2019, where their focus is on leading their team to provide superior service and experiences to customers. Before that, they served as the General Manager of Pella Windows & Doors of Syracuse starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were the President of Pella Products, Inc. from 2015. Sean also has experience as the General Manager and Sales Manager of Pella Windows & Doors, where they managed retail sales and led sales forces in different regions. Starting in 1995, Sean began their career as a Sales Representative for Pella Windows and Doors, consistently achieving top sales performance and specializing in high-end custom projects.

Sean Murphy attended Rutgers University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Sociology.
