Justin Ogilvie

Justin Ogilvie has a diverse work experience in the construction and building materials industry. Justin started their career as an Outside Sales Representative at Anchor Lumber Co., where they focused on expanding the local and regional markets and developing turn-key solutions for multi-family customers. Justin analyzed blueprints and provided competitive material estimates for large-scale projects.

Afterward, they worked at Shelter Products Inc as a Materials Trader/Shingle Buyer. Justin provided building materials to various clients, including multi-family developers and retirement communities. Justin reviewed project plans and specifications to find cost-effective options and made regular jobsite visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2015, Justin joined Maple City Properties, LLC as a Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw the entire construction process, from lot purchase to final home sale. Justin assembled bids, managed schedules, coordinated deliveries, and tracked materials. Justin also met with customers throughout the process to ensure their design choices and budgets were met.

Most recently, Justin is employed as a Commercial Sales Representative at Pella Windows & Doors of Colorado.

Justin Ogilvie received a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University from 2008 to 2010.
